FAQ:
Won’t I get cold? Will it be uncomfortable?
Yes minus5 degrees is cold, however, the unique engineering that we have
proudly developed and perfected means that once inside, you reside in a
dry air environment with no wind chill. Before entering the ice lounge,
you will be dressed in appropriate attire. Each customer receives a
minus5 insulated jacket, gloves and boots if required i.e. to replace
open-toed shoes and those in stilettos. All customers MUST wear a minus5
jacket and gloves at all times.
Why can’t I have more than 3 drinks?
At minus5 your body reacts in a different way to how it would in normal
conditions. It is like being at high altitude. To ensure a safe
environment for everyone and to guarantee that your experience is
thoroughly enjoyable, we limit your drinks.
How long can we stay in there for?
The minus5 experience lasts 30mins
