I have been incorrectly charged

If you first received an error message when placing your order, perhaps due to an incorrect address/zip code or CSC mismatch, you may notice a charge on your credit account. This charge is an authorization only and will automatically drop off your account within 3 business days.

This authorization is pending because our fraud protection system must validate your address, zip code and card security code before capturing the funds and completing your order. Since your information did not return a valid response, your order is not complete and the funds will not be captured.

NOTE: Sometimes an error occurs beyond our control and we cannot complete your order due to the credit processor's declined response.
Unfortunately, we cannot remove this authorization for you since it is your credit issuer that is holding those funds.
